Activity
The Activity page, at organization level, shows the history of operations: deployments, rollbacks, and cancellations, newest first.

The filters are project and operation type. They live in the page's address: a filtered activity view can be shared with a colleague and opens the same way on the other side.
What does not appear yet
Variable changes, members joining, and configuration adjustments are not listed here. This is not a filter: there is no capture for those events.
This is stated because the alternative would be worse. A timeline promising "who changed what" and showing a permanently empty section would have you conclude the record is broken — when what is missing is the capture.
There is also no filter by author: not every operation has a known author, and a filter that sometimes hides everything is worse than no filter.
How actions are attributed
Every operation records who requested it and through what. An action triggered by an agent is never confused with a human action in the history: the author type and the origin are separate fields.
